At the Megadeth Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heavy metal gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached; please note that limited edition drops and media items may be final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 7-10 business days.
